SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at PeekaRoot! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Time (Print-on-Demand)
All of our physical merchandise (such as apparel and accessories) is custom-printed on demand just for you when you place an order.

Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create and package your items before they are shipped out.

Fulfillment time is entirely separate from shipping transit times. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard domestic shipping across the United States.

Standard Domestic Shipping: Once fulfilled, items generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Timeline: From the moment you place your order to delivery at your door, you can generally expect your package in 5–12 business days.
Please note: Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are metrics of estimation, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holiday volumes, or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of generation.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PeekaRoot LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Missing Packages
If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, or if your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact us immediately at admin@peekaroot.com so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
