Our Passion

Yoga has always been a part of my life weather that was directly or indirectly, but what made it concrete was my child's interest in the practice. This acknowledgement became an opportunity to make a connection with her, build core memories, and enhance the already strong bonds. A gateway to be present in a specific moment in time without loud distractions.

In life a selected crew of parents are given the pathway to care for kids that are incredibly special. Therefore, “normal” or “conventional” approach to parenting can prove challenging and tiring. Yoga is an opportunity to connect with our kids in a non-verbal way were both heals us and grounds them. Proving to be a mutually beneficial interaction that does not require societal expectations, verbal communication, or high demands. They get to be their authentic selves and experience life as a kid in a safe place. As a parent you get an opportunity to feel free of any guilt, be present to enjoy a no-judgement space, while allowing your nervous system to slow down, unwind, and relax. This is the greatest form of self care.

A private 30-minute session designed to introduce children to the discipline of yoga and the benefits of mindfulness.

We focus on the "roots" of the practice: proper alignment, intentional breathing, and mental focus. This session provides a non-competitive space for your child to develop a stronger mind-body connection and build lasting physical resilience.
