RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your experience with PeekaRoot. Because we offer both physical merchandise and digital wellness/coaching services, our return and refund policies are split by category as outlined below.
1. Digital Services & Nutrition Coaching

Coaching Programs & Consultations: All sales of digital coaching programs, individual consultations, and custom wellness plans are final once the service has been delivered or the coaching session has taken place.

Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming coaching session, you must notify us at admin@peekaroot.com at least 24 hours in advance to maintain your session credit.
2. Physical Merchandise (Print-On-Demand)
For our apparel and physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your physical order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at admin@peekaroot.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Because our merchandise is custom-printed on demand, please include clear photographs of the damage or printing error in your email so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a complimentary replacement or refund right away.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items, custom-printed specialty orders, or digital download products. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned physical item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
